An online trend going around is “Tell me without telling me.” Basically, you don’t state that you are a pet owner, or taco lover, or parent, or overly emotional. Instead you share something visible which demonstrates it. The passage we’re in is, arguably, the best in the Bible at telling people (1) God is great, (2) God’s actions (salvation!) are critical, and (3) We are the beneficiaries of his greatness and salvation (grace!). How can you tell them without telling them about God’s great salvation? Just show them Eph. 1!
